The assignment focuses on assessing certification obligations, defining business impacts and gaps, and delivering a practical roadmap to achieve priority certifications. Our client is a large international organisation operating in a regulated environment with stakeholders across business, technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and procurement functions throughout the EMEA region.

The role involves: developing a comprehensive inventory of relevant cybersecurity certification requirements across EMEA markets; assessing certification requirements against business relevance, risk exposure, urgency, and market impact; delivering a prioritised certification framework to support business and leadership decision-making; identifying compliance gaps, dependencies, risks, owners, and required remediation actions; producing a practical roadmap for achieving and maintaining priority certifications; facilitating stakeholder alignment across business, IT, cybersecurity, legal/compliance, procurement, and external partners; creating executive-ready decision papers, status updates, and communication materials; and documenting timelines, resource requirements, milestones, and key decision points for successful delivery.

The profile requires 7-10+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, cybersecurity, compliance, risk, IT governance, or regulated environments; proven experience assessing cybersecurity certification, compliance, or regulatory requirements across European or multi-country environments; strong ability to translate regulatory obligations into business outcomes, delivery plans, ownership models, and implementation roadmaps; experience engaging senior business leaders and collaborating with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, legal/compliance, and procurement stakeholders; and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English.
