Omschrijving
For the Mobile Access organization within our company, we are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to support the delivery and governance of mobile network rollout projects across Belgium. The role focuses on coordinating and managing mobile infrastructure projects, including macro mobile sites, indoor coverage solutions, network modernization initiatives, capacity expansions, and special event deployments. This is not a purely technical engineering role; we are looking for a telecom professional with strong rollout, project management, stakeholder management, operational governance, and regulatory expertise who can navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of mobile rollout projects, coordinating new site builds and network upgrades, supporting indoor coverage projects, liaising with internal teams, operators, tower companies, suppliers and landlords, monitoring scope and budgets, ensuring compliance, contributing to governance and reporting, and supporting special deployments. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent, minimum 4 years in telecom, proven experience in mobile network rollout or service delivery, strong understanding of the Belgian telecom market, and ability to manage multiple projects. Must-have skills include mobile telecom rollout experience, infrastructure projects in Belgium, strong project and service delivery management, RISS agreements, working with operators like Proximus, Orange Belgium, DIGI, knowledge of 4G/5G, vendor management, telecom permits, stakeholder management, budget management, and indoor coverage solutions.
