- 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP Finance projects

We are looking for an experienced Domain Lead IT - SAP Finance to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The Domain Lead will be responsible for the coordination and overall management of IT activities related to the Finance domain, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams, project teams and external implementation partners.
The role combines SAP Finance functional expertise, domain leadership, stakeholder management, governance and project coordination. The successful candidate will ensure that Finance solutions remain aligned with business requirements, programme objectives and the overall SAP S/4HANA target architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domain Leadership & Governance: Lead and coordinate IT activities across the SAP Finance domain; define priorities, monitor progress and manage dependencies; coordinate resources; provide regular reporting; ensure alignment between business requirements and programme objectives.
- Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for the Finance domain; coordinate Business, IT, Infrastructure, Integration and external implementation teams; facilitate decision-making; organise and lead workshops, progress meetings and governance sessions; build strong relationships.
- Risk, Issue & Quality Management: Identify, track and escalate risks, issues and decisions; define and monitor mitigation and action plans; ensure compliance with programme standards; monitor deliverable quality.
- SAP Finance & Functional Analysis: Analyse and challenge business requirements; lead preparation of functional requirements and specifications; contribute to target SAP solution definition; review and validate proposed solutions.
- Testing, Migration & Go-Live: Supervise preparation and execution of functional and integration testing; follow up on defects; contribute to data migration and cut-over preparation; support Go/No-Go decisions; validate test scenarios.
Practical Information:
- Gosselies-based role with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week onsite).
- Initial contract 8 months, high potential extension after May 2027.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Workload: Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered.
- Contract: Contract / Freelance.
- French C2 is a strict requirement; English B1 is a plus.
- Driving licence and own vehicle required.
