- Strong functional analysis experience (ideally 5+ years)
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP Finance projects

Domain Lead IT - SAP Finance
Location: Gosselies, Belgium
Work Policy: Hybrid - minimum 2 days/week onsite
Contract: Contract / Freelance
Duration: Initial contract 8 months, high potential extension after May 2027
Start Date: ASAP
Workload: Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered
Language: French C2 required; English B1 is a plus

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Domain Lead IT - SAP Finance to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The Domain Lead will be responsible for the coordination and overall management of IT activities related to the Finance domain, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams, project teams and external implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Domain Leadership & Governance: Lead and coordinate IT activities across the SAP Finance domain, define priorities, monitor progress, manage dependencies, coordinate resources, and provide regular reporting to programme leadership and IT management.
- Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Act as main point of contact, coordinate teams, facilitate decision-making, organise workshops and progress meetings, build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Risk, Issue & Quality Management: Track risks/issues/decisions, define mitigation plans, ensure compliance with programme standards, monitor deliverable quality.
- SAP Finance & Functional Analysis: Analyse business requirements, prepare functional specs, contribute to target SAP solutions, provide Finance expertise, review and validate solutions.
- Testing, Migration & Go-Live: Supervise functional/integration testing, follow up defects, support data migration/cut-over and Go/No-Go decisions.
Practical Information
- Gosselies-based role with hybrid working (minimum 2 days/week onsite).
- Full-time preferred, part-time considered.
- French C2 is a strict requirement.
- Initial contract 8 months with potential extension.
