- Strong functional analysis experience (ideally 5+ years)
- Proven experience with SAP Finance ECC6
- 5+ years of experience coordinating or leading multidisciplinary teams
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP Finance projects
- Participation in at least one SAP S/4HANA migration or deployment project
- Proven experience with SAP Finance on S/4HANA
- Strong expertise in SAP Finance processes (General Ledger, Controlling, Financial closing, Financial reporting)
- Driving licence and own vehicle
Wensen
- Experience with HP Quality Center (HPQC) or equivalent
- Ability to understand and interpret BPMN diagrams

We are looking for an experienced Domain Lead IT - SAP Finance to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The Domain Lead will be responsible for the coordination and overall management of IT activities related to the Finance domain, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams, project teams and external implementation partners. The role combines SAP Finance functional expertise, domain leadership, stakeholder management, governance and project coordination. The successful candidate will ensure that Finance solutions remain aligned with business requirements, programme objectives and the overall SAP S/4HANA target architecture.
Key Responsibilities include Domain Leadership & Governance, Stakeholder & Team Coordination, Risk, Issue & Quality Management, SAP Finance & Functional Analysis, and Testing, Migration & Go-Live supervision.
Practical Information:
- Gosselies-based role with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week onsite).
- Duration: Initial contract 8 months, high potential extension after May 2027.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Workload: Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered.
- Language: French C2 required; English B1 is a plus.
- Mobility: Driving licence and own vehicle required.
