De opdracht voor Cyber Security Operations Support Specialist in Mons, Belgium, omvat de volgende taken: Support the planning and administration of official travel arrangements; Support onboarding and offboarding administrative activities for Branch personnel; Track Branch training requirements, requests, approvals, and related follow-up actions; Manage the Branch Head's calendar; Coordinate and support Branch-level meetings; Maintain Branch-level decision, action, and follow-up trackers; Draft and coordinate internal communications on behalf of the Branch Head; Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for cross-branch queries; Track key service delivery milestones and artefacts; Raise, coordinate, and track purchase requests; Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders; Support the tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of resource time allocation; Maintain accurate and up-to-date Branch information in relevant tools (Power BI, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, Excel); Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as requested.
Vereisten: Higher secondary education combined with relevant professional experience; Demonstrated professional experience in administrative or office support; Good understanding of Cyber Security principles; Ability to understand Cyber Security assessment reports; Awareness of sensitive information handling; English proficiency at NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word; Good proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams; Experience with SharePoint or similar; Ability to work with ITSM/ticketing systems; Strong organisational skills; Excellent proofreading and attention to detail; NATO Secret.
