D365 F&O Consultant

This organisation is seeking a D365 Finance & Operations Consultant to support the ongoing optimisation and expansion of its ERP landscape. The assignment focuses on delivering scalable D365 F&O solutions, improving business processes, and enabling successful adoption across the organisation. Our client is an organisation operating within a complex operational environment. The company is investing in the continuous enhancement of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to support business growth and operational excellence.

The role involves translating business requirements into effective D365 F&O solutions, configuring and optimising relevant D365 F&O modules, delivering stakeholder workshops and process-mapping outcomes, recommending and documenting system improvements and best practices, supporting successful testing, training, and go-live milestones, resolving functional issues and improving system performance, producing clear and maintainable functional documentation, and facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams.

The successful applicant has proven experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant, strong knowledge of one or more D365 F&O modules including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, or Procurement, experience gathering, analysing, and translating business requirements, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and fluent Dutch and English language skills.

The offer is freelance, full-time, start in January 2027, in Zuid-Holland (hybrid).
