About the Role: The data Administrator will play a key role in supporting project operations by managing data within a new work order system and maintaining project dashboards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong organizational skills, and can support project teams in a fast paced technical environment. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy and help improve project workflows through effective administration.
Responsibilities: Input and manage data within the work order management system; Track, update, and maintain project dashboards; Support project teams with project administration activities; Ensure accuracy and completeness of project related data; Maintain organized records and documentation; Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data processes; Monitor project information and provide timely updates; Assist with workflow coordination across technical projects.
Requirements: Higher professional education qualification preferred with relevant experience; Alternatively, a vocational qualification with an interest in technology; Strong Excel skills and experience in data management; Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Interest in technical projects and project administration; Availability of working 20 to 24 hours per week.
