Data & AI Agile Transformation Specialist Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Freelance / Independent Contractor Start Date: 1 October 2026 Duration: Until 31 December 2026 (extension possible) Language: English.

About the Role: We are looking for a Data & AI Agile Transformation Specialist to help drive the evolution of Agile ways of working in an organisation undergoing large-scale transformation. This position combines data, analytics, artificial intelligence and Agile coaching. You will play a key role in building data-driven insights, enabling AI adoption, and helping teams adapt Agile practices for an increasingly AI-assisted product development environment.

You will work closely with Agile Coaches, transformation leaders, trainers, product teams and engineering stakeholders to create measurable impact across the organisation. What You'll Do: Data & Analytics: Design and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions. Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights. Create measurement frameworks to assess Agile coaching effectiveness and transformation progress. Translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations for stakeholders.

AI Enablement: Introduce and scale AI-assisted ways of working across Agile teams. Identify opportunities for AI tooling to improve productivity, collaboration and knowledge sharing. Prototype and implement AI-supported workflows. Guide teams and coaches on practical AI adoption strategies.

Agile Transformation: Support the evolution of Agile practices within a modern product-led environment. Help redefine Agile methodologies for teams using AI-assisted development tools. Facilitate workshops, working groups and enablement sessions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the transformation programme.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Agile Coaches, trainers and leadership teams. Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders. Share insights, lessons learned and best practices across the wider organisation. Support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

What You Bring: Proven experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering or Business Intelligence. Strong SQL and reporting expertise. Experience building dashboards and measurement frameworks. Hands-on experience with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Experience supporting organisational or digital transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions. Strong communication skills in international environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Knowledge of DORA metrics and Agile performance measurement. Experience with AI coding assistants and AI-powered development workflows. Exposure to enterprise-scale transformation programmes. Change management or organisational development experience.

Systems & Tools: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Modern Cloud Data Platforms, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Jira, Confluence.
