Data & AI Impact Consultant Engineer

Inetum, a European leader in digital services with 28,000 consultants, is looking for a Data & AI Impact Consultant Engineer to join its Data & AI Business Unit. The role is based in Brussel, Wallonië, Vlaanderen with hybrid working options. The position can be filled as an employee (Werknemer) with a monthly salary estimate of €3.520 - €8.550, or as a freelancer with a daily rate estimate of €380 - €920. The role involves designing and building modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Data Fabric) with a focus on reusability and AI-readiness, thinking customer- and future-oriented, coaching and knowledge sharing, and working with a consultancy mindset.

Requirements include 8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics projects, good knowledge of Dutch and English (French is an asset), familiarity with the Azure stack (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage, Purview, Functions) and/or Databricks, structural and flexible thinking, interest in AI and modern data products, business impact creation, and being a team player.
