Data Analyst

ElmosData is a top-tier IT consultancy firm providing cutting-edge solutions to clients across various industries. To support one of our key clients, we are looking for a talented Data Analyst. You will be working on-site with the client, where your analytical insights will drive business decisions and support the client’s strategic objectives by transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping the client make data-driven decisions by analyzing and interpreting large datasets.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business managers, IT teams, and data scientists, to uncover trends, build reports, and provide insights that support the client’s growth and operational goals. You will ensure data quality, identify key metrics, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities: Gather, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and insights. Translate business needs into analytical questions and provide clear, data-driven solutions. Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business intelligence, and marketing, to ensure data alignment and consistency.

Provide insights that help the client optimize business processes and make informed decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous analysis and validation. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.

Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a consultancy or client-facing environment. Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work with large datasets and interpret them into meaningful insights. Solid understanding of database structures and data management principles.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Client-focused and results-driven with strong collaboration skills.
