Omschrijving
Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a Data Automation Expert to modernize and centralize their reporting landscape. The role focuses on transitioning manual reporting processes from various sources into a unified, automated dashboard environment to enhance data control and sharing efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing and mapping existing data flows and report construction methods across the organization, integrating data from disparate dashboards and internal tools into a consolidated reporting system, translating legacy PowerPoint and Excel reports into dynamic and flexible visual dashboards, developing and implementing automated data extraction and refresh cycles to ensure real-time accuracy, providing training and coaching to business experts to facilitate operational autonomy in dashboard maintenance, establishing and promoting best practices regarding data structure and usability, and communicating project progress and technical insights clearly to senior management. You possess 5+ years of experience in BI reporting, 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, and 2+ years of experience with MS Office applications. You are accurate, possess strong analytical skills, and are a collaborative team player with excellent presentation abilities. You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French. Nice to haves include 2+ years of experience with Power Automate, functional knowledge of project management methodologies, and experience within the insurance or financial services sectors. The start date is ASAP, duration is 6 months (extension possible), location is Brussels, and the contract is open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
