Data Governance Manager

The CoE Data Governance focuses on different but complementary streams: Enterprise Data Modelling, Data Regulatory and Privacy, Data Governance Tools, and Data Quality. The Data Governance Manager's primary focus is to define the mission, objectives and strategy of the stream he/she is responsible for; lead a team of Data Governance Experts and/or Data Quality Analysts to achieve stream objectives; manage, together with the other CoE Managers and Senior Management, all organization-wide data governance, quality and regulatory activities; establish and ensure adherence to the enterprise data governance, quality, modelling and regulatory frameworks for data policies, standards and practices, both at the data, business and tribe level; serve as a point of escalation for governance, quality, integrity, protection and data compliance issues; and work closely with Business and Functional Area Leadership to improve the quality and value of core data assets.

Language requirements: English fluent, French or Dutch required.

Education: at least a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering); a PhD is an advantage; candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial knowledge of analytics are also encouraged.

Working conditions: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Required experience: GDPR (mandatory).
