Data & Regulatory Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Data & Regulatory Reporting Analyst who combines strong analytical capabilities with an interest in data quality, reporting and process improvement. In this role, you will contribute to: simplifying and automating regulatory delivery processes for transaction datasets; improving validation and data quality checks before data is shared with report owners; creating structured delivery plans for quarterly and half-yearly regulatory deliveries; documenting new processes and implementing changes together with the existing data delivery team.

Requirements: Must-have: Degree in STEM, Economics, Business or a related field with an analytics focus; 2-5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a data or analytical role; Strong experience with SQL and Python; Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams; Strong communication and reporting skills; Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying improvements; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.

Nice-to-have: Experience with Azure, Databricks or similar cloud platforms; Experience working in an Agile environment; Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data modelling and data engineering techniques; Knowledge of the financial sector and/or banking products; Experience delivering regulatory reports.
