Omschrijving
Our client is a leading global FMCG organization seeking a Response Planner to join its Integrated Planning team. This role is responsible for balancing short-term demand and supply, improving customer service, reducing business waste, and driving continuous planning improvements. As a Response Planner, you will manage the short-term (up to 6 weeks) demand and supply reconciliation process to ensure product availability while minimizing inventory waste. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage service risks, optimize stock allocation through AATP Business Rules, and support continuous improvement initiatives with Genpact. Key responsibilities: drive short-term demand and supply reconciliation; manage service risks and customer order priorities; own and maintain AATP Business Rules; reduce excess, blocked, residual, and obsolete inventory; support continuous improvement and root cause analysis; collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Market Supply Planning, and Genpact. Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; experience in Response Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Planning; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, AATP, and planning tools (Kinaxis preferred); strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
