Deployment Lead

About the Role: As a Deployment Lead – Supply Chain, you will play a key role in the deployment of supply chain planning and scheduling solutions across a global manufacturing environment. Based in Amersfoort, you will support the implementation and deployment of Optimus and Anura Scheduling & MRP, working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Scheduling, and MRP teams. You will be involved throughout the full deployment lifecycle, including testing, data preparation, process validation, user training, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support.

The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams in an international environment. Regular travel to Delhi and the United States will be required.

Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate supply chain solution deployment activities across business and operational teams; Support the implementation and deployment of Optimus and Anura Scheduling & MRP solutions; Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Scheduling, and MRP stakeholders; Support system testing, user acceptance testing, defect management, and issue resolution; Coordinate data preparation, data validation, and migration activities; Validate business processes and ensure solutions meet operational and supply chain requirements; Support the preparation and execution of user training; Coordinate go-live preparation, cutover activities, and go-live support; Provide post-go-live support and contribute to stabilization activities; Manage stakeholders across business, IT, supply chain, and implementation teams; Identify deployment risks, dependencies, and issues and drive them toward resolution; Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives following deployment; Ensure effective communication between local teams and international deployment teams; Coordinate deployment activities involving teams and stakeholders in Delhi and the United States; Support the alignment of supply chain processes with global standards and business requirements.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Deployment Lead, Implementation Lead, Supply Chain Lead, or similar role; Strong experience within supply chain, manufacturing, production planning, or scheduling environments; SAP experience is required; OMP experience is required; Experience with Scheduling and MRP processes; Strong understanding of Production, Quality, Maintenance, Scheduling, and MRP processes; Experience supporting testing, training, data preparation, process validation, and go-live activities; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams; Strong project coordination and problem-solving capabilities; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment; Experience with global or international system deployments is highly advantageous; Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Delhi and the United States; Fluent English communication skills.
