DevOps Coach & Change Enabler

As a DevOps Coach & Change Enabler, you will drive the ongoing development of Agile and DevOps ways of working within IT. Your focus will be on: (a) improving delivery flow by strengthening DevOps capabilities and implementing Agile practices at scale, (b) increasing Grid performance through insights, coaching, and targeted interventions, and (c) fostering an engineering culture that promotes collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. You are a self-starter who translates expertise into practical improvements and engages stakeholders to make change happen.

You provide direction for the Grid's DevOps journey, collaborate with senior management on transformational initiatives, and constructively challenge existing patterns when needed. Strong communication skills enable you to build commitment and support for change, while your flexible approach allows you to adapt to different situations. ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance (ABF) finances investments in movable assets (Leasing) and debtor claims (Commercial Finance).

We work with both partner software solutions and internally developed applications. In this role, you will work closely with the IT Lead and Grid Owner to define direction and engage teams and stakeholders in delivering our transformation agenda. Key stakeholders include DevOps teams, Grid Owners, IT Leads, Product Owners, Value Cluster leadership, and senior management. With the following results (SMART): Stronger alignment across teams, PO's, IT Lead and IT Grid; Clearer priorities, ownership and dependencies; Improved stability and focus across the five teams; Higher delivery quality and predictability; Faster resolution of cross-team issues; Reduced integration risk through earlier preparation and coordination.

Requirements: A self starter and enabler with a 'make it happen' mindset; At least 5 years (Agile) experience in a similar position; You have a relevant education at HBO+/WO level; Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) certificate; Agile and DevOps knowledge and experience.

Pre: Completed training on Agile scaling methods (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Spotify); At least 5 years experience in change management and stakeholder management; Knowledge and experience in Lean (Sig Sigma); Analytical and conceptual thinking; Organisational and social sensitivity and collaboration-oriented; Strong communication skills both in Dutch & English.
