DevOps Engineer -Platform Security & Governance Engineer bij Rabobank Utrecht in Utrecht. Het betreft een detachering-functie voor 36 uur per week met een looptijd van zo spoedig mogelijk. Reageren kan tot en met 4 september 2026. Role: DevOps Engineer / Power Platform Security & Governance Engineer. Location: Rabobank, Utrecht. Workload: 36 hours per week (1 FTE). Your role: Implement the new Power Apps Governance Strategy from a technical governance & compliance perspective, with a strong focus on supporting teams that move from Teams environments to Enterprise environments. Translate compliance, security and SRMP requirements into practical controls, guidance and hands‑on support, starting with Power Apps and extending the approach to Power BI/Fabric and Copilot Studio. Examples of tasks: Technically support teams migrating from Power Apps Teams environments to Enterprise environments (including CI registration, SRMP alignment and security requirements). Help admins and delivery teams translate compliance, security and IT guardrails into technical controls, templates and decision criteria. Further strengthen governance within Power Platform and help develop governance strategies for Power BI/Fabric and Copilot Studio. Build and implement compliance and security requirements in the platform backend: update DevOps pipelines and gateway servers, maintain NPAs, monitor vulnerability dashboards, support release management and translate new AI developments into secure Power Platform enablement. Top responsibilities: Provide hands‑on technical support to implement the Power Apps Governance Strategy for teams moving to Enterprise environments. Translate compliance, security and SRMP requirements into technical controls, templates and follow‑up for enterprise platform use. Mature governance and environment strategies for Power BI/Fabric and Copilot Studio from a technical controls and platform security perspective. What we expect from you: Language: English mandatory; good English communication skills preferred. Power Platform administration or engineering experience. Knowledge of compliance, security, SRMP, controls or risk management for enterprise platforms. Understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, IAM, RBAC, DLP and cloud security concepts. Experience with Rabobank’s security & compliance (“in control”) processes is a pre. Personal qualities: pragmatic, analytical and a clear communicator.
