Digital Delivery Lead – Azure DevOps & Agile

The client, a leading organization in the public sector, is looking for a Senior Domain Delivery Lead to drive the deep transformation of their digital workspace. The role involves federating multiple agile squads around a common vision to deliver strategic business applications and build an integrated, future-proof IT environment. Responsibilities include uniting multiple agile squads around common objectives, fostering team autonomy through servant leadership, coordinating global planning, managing inter-team dependencies, facilitating domain rituals, identifying and removing obstacles, managing project change requests, and overseeing budget management.

Requirements include 10+ years of experience in project leadership and complex stakeholder management, 10+ years in business-IT interface roles, 5+ years with Agile methodologies, proven budget management experience, advanced mastery of Azure DevOps, expertise in solution architecture and Azure cloud infrastructure, knowledge of security frameworks (NIS2, GDPR), professional certifications in Scrum and ITIL, and native Dutch or French with good English.

Nice to haves include Microsoft Azure certification, knowledge of large-scale European IT systems, familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, basic KQL or OData, and understanding of Camunda. The offer includes a start date of 07/12/2026, duration of 3 months, full-time hybrid work in Brussels, and is open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
