DigiTribe - Cloud PMO

Digitribe is looking for a Programme Management Officer (PMO) to join a large-scale cloud transformation programme at one of our clients, a major player in the financial services sector. You'll be the operational engine of the programme: you keep governance, planning, reporting, finances and risks under control, so the Programme Manager can focus on strategic decisions and sponsors. The programme covers several streams: cloud migrations, technology foundations, cloud risk and resilience, non-technology foundations (people, process, FinOps), strategic cloud use cases and partner governance.

You'll work closely with the Programme Manager, Project Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Change Managers, Finance/FinOps and Risk & Compliance.

Your role: run programme governance including steering committees, governance calendar, decision-ready materials, follow-up of actions and escalations; own the integrated programme roadmap including critical path, milestones, bottlenecks and cross-stream dependencies; own the programme RAID log and decision log and make sure every mitigation has an owner and a target date; produce monthly and quarterly reporting for the executive committee, the CIO, steering committees and sponsors; consolidate budgets, forecasts and actuals and flag funding gaps and resourcing risks; build and maintain the end-to-end business case covering investments, TCO, run costs, benefits, savings, and scenario and sensitivity analysis; track benefits and value realisation covering migration progress, cloud adoption, cost savings, risk reduction; perform delivery health checks and challenge status and evidence; coordinate evidence for internal audit and regulatory reviews including DORA; track commitments and joint initiatives with strategic technology partners.

Required: 8+ years in programme management, PMO or portfolio governance within a large, complex organisation; proven ownership of integrated planning, RAID processes, executive reporting and dependency management; strong financial management skills including budgets, forecasts, actuals, investment reporting; hands-on experience building business cases for large IT or cloud programmes including TCO, benefits quantification and scenario analysis; experience in financial services or another regulated environment; cloud transformation experience is a strong plus, ideally on Azure, including FinOps and partner governance; experience with audit and regulatory evidence (DORA) and with PPM tooling or dashboards is a plus; MSP, PMP, Prince2, MOP, P3O or SAFe certifications are a plus; fluent English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
