Eisen
- Experience with application development and integration technologies such as Java, C#, TypeScript, REST, and SOAP

Cegeka is seeking a Domain Architect Core Insurance & Finance for one of its clients within Digital Business. The role focuses on translating business objectives into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions. Responsibilities include defining and owning the architecture vision and roadmap for the Core Insurance & Finance domain, translating business needs into future-proof application, data, and integration architectures, driving modernization and transformation initiatives within the insurance and financial landscape, ensuring consistent application of architecture principles and governance, supporting delivery teams with architectural and technical guidance, safeguarding quality, security, compliance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions, facilitating architectural decision-making, conducting architecture reviews, helping manage technical debt, and ensuring clear architectural documentation. Requirements include at least 10 years of experience in application architecture, solution architecture, or a similar technical leadership role, experience working in complex enterprise environments (insurance or financial sector is a strong asset), solid understanding of enterprise and domain architecture principles and modeling methodologies (e.g., ArchiMate), experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, API-first design, and integration patterns, strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments, experience with application development and integration technologies such as Java, C#, TypeScript, REST, and SOAP, knowledge of messaging and data platforms such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, familiarity with security and identity concepts such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and secure coding practices, strong communication skills and stakeholder management, and the ability to bridge business and technology. The role requires working two days per week onsite at the customer's office in Brussels South, combined with remote working.
