Domain Lead IT - SAP Finance

We are looking for an experienced Domain Lead IT - SAP Finance to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The Domain Lead will be responsible for the coordination and overall management of IT activities related to the Finance domain, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams, project teams and external implementation partners. The role combines SAP Finance functional expertise, domain leadership, stakeholder management, governance and project coordination.

The successful candidate will ensure that Finance solutions remain aligned with business requirements, programme objectives and the overall SAP S/4HANA target architecture. Key responsibilities include domain leadership and governance, stakeholder and team coordination, risk, issue and quality management, SAP Finance and functional analysis, and testing, migration and go-live. Required experience includes 5+ years in large-scale SAP Finance projects, strong expertise in SAP Finance processes (General Ledger/accounting, Controlling, financial closing, financial reporting), proven experience with SAP Finance ECC6 and S/4HANA, experience with new S/4HANA Finance structures including Universal Journal and table simplification, experience with SAP integration, participation in at least one SAP S/4HANA migration or deployment project, strong functional analysis experience (ideally 5+ years), 5+ years coordinating or leading multidisciplinary teams, experience with business stakeholders and external SAP integrators, strong risk/issue/defect/action-plan management, proven ability in large-scale ERP transformation programmes, understanding of organisational impacts, proven experience preparing and validating test scenarios, and understanding of functional and integration testing methodologies.

A test management tool such as HP Quality Center (HPQC) or equivalent is a plus. Additional skills include ability to understand BPMN diagrams (plus), English at B1 level (plus), and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Practical information: Gosselies-based role with hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week onsite, additional onsite presence may be required, travel to other company sites may be required, driving licence and own vehicle required due to limited public transport accessibility, full-time preferred but part-time may be considered, freelance/contracting profiles welcome, French C2 is a strict requirement.
