Omschrijving

As the Domain Technical Lead, you'll provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, partnering closely with product teams, architects and key stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. You'll mentor engineers, drive engineering best practices, and play a key role in designing and implementing modern cloud-based applications. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, defining technical architecture and solution design, driving best practices across software engineering and DevOps, conducting code reviews and supporting engineering capability uplift, collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders, ensuring applications are secure, scalable and maintainable, supporting the delivery of digital, data and AI initiatives, and driving continuous improvement and technical innovation. Essential skills and knowledge: strong experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Principal Engineer; extensive hands-on development experience with C#, React, TypeScript and Azure Cloud; strong background in software architecture and solution design; experience with DevOps, CI/CD and modern engineering practices; proven stakeholder engagement and leadership skills; experience delivering enterprise-scale applications. Highly regarded: experience with data, analytics or AI platforms; enterprise integration experience including SAP integrations; mining, resources, asset management or operational technology experience; exposure to architecture frameworks and enterprise environments.
