Your key focus areas: Drive global adoption and governance of e-procurement platforms across the Source-to-Pay workflow. Create and deliver high-impact training programs for key users on guided buying flows and best practices. Monitor Source-to-Pay transactions against compliance policies, ensuring master data integrity. Define operational KPIs, analyze platform usage, and deliver insights to optimize global procurement operations. Lead business readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cross-functional continuous improvement projects.

Functie-eisen: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations, or Information Systems. You have at least 5 years of experience in procurement operations, e-procurement, or Source-to-Pay process optimization within an international environment. You possess hands-on expertise with SAP and e-procurement or guided-buying platforms. You demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Competenties: Strategic Change Leadership: Ability to independently direct cross-functional projects, drive continuous improvement, and influence regional stakeholders without formal authority.

Analytical Problem-Solving: Sharp judgment to translate complex transaction data and user feedback into strategic business requirements.

Stakeholder Facilitation: Outstanding communication skills to connect business needs with technical IT solutions and challenge non-compliant practices constructively.

User-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on driving adoption, enhancing user experience, and simplifying complex operational workflows.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden: This assignment is for the duration of 6 months. A salary between €4000 and €5000 gross per month based on 40 hours. A contract for year of 40 hours per week. A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 8.76% of your salary that you can flexibly deploy. A good travel allowance; 100% public transport reimbursement or € 0.23 per km. 25 vacation days; 5 days can be included in the IKB budget. A sabbatical scheme; up to 12 months every three years.
