Brunel is currently looking for an Electrical Principal Engineer to join our global-leading mining client in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Electrical Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership for the design and delivery of electrical systems across major mining and capital projects. You will oversee the development and review of key electrical engineering deliverables, support power distribution and control system design, ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, and provide expert guidance on complex technical issues. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, mentorship, reviewing complex engineering projects, aligning activities with organizational objectives, influencing technical strategy, applying advanced engineering principles, staying current on industry trends, collaborating with site and project leaders, driving innovation, and mentoring engineers.
