ERP Consultant (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Consultant. For an international trading and distribution organisation, we are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant to technically optimise the existing ERP environment and improve the efficiency of Finance and Operations. Since the migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, many processes are still handled manually, with a lack of reporting and visibility. Your mission? To implement concrete improvements, reduce repetitive tasks and provide the business with the insights and tools it needs.

Job Description: As an ERP Consultant, you will work closely with the heads of Finance and Operations. You will analyse existing processes, identify quick wins and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Your responsibilities: Reporting: Developing reports, dashboards, views and worklists, potentially in combination with Power BI.

Automation: Implementing bulk uploads, streamlining transaction processing and reducing manual tasks.

ERP optimisation: Analysing and improving existing processes within the ERP environment, with a focus on order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.

Integrations: Optimising data flows and connections with external systems, such as EDI and Excel-based processes.

Stakeholder management: Coordinating with Finance, Operations and the international IT team, while critically assessing and challenging potential solutions.

Knowledge transfer: Documenting the implemented solutions to ensure the internal team can maintain them independently after the project.

Profile: We are looking for a technically strong, analytical and hands-on consultant who can quickly identify opportunities and deliver pragmatic solutions.

You have: Relevant experience with ERP implementations. Experience with reporting, dashboards, views and worklists. Good knowledge of Power BI and experience with EDI integrations. Knowledge of bulk uploads, mass transactions and ERP process optimisation. An understanding of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is a strong asset, but not an absolute requirement. A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work within existing system limitations.

Strong communication skills and a good command of English. Knowledge of Dutch is not required, but is considered a strong asset. Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
