Omschrijving
A leading manufacturing organization committed to continuous improvement and technological innovation is seeking an ERP Site Deployment Lead. The role is responsible for leading the successful deployment of a new ERP system at a manufacturing site, acting as the main point of contact for all deployment activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution, supporting change management, and ensuring the site is fully prepared for a smooth and successful go-live. Key responsibilities include owning deployment readiness for the assigned site, coordinating implementation activities across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and R&D, driving testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities, monitoring risks and project progress, acting as key liaison between site teams, leadership, IT, and external partners, supporting change management, ensuring processes and work instructions are tested and embedded, and driving alignment for a successful ERP implementation. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field, 7+ years of experience in ERP deployment, SAP implementation, or business transformation, experience within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred, strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills, hands-on execution-driven approach, excellent communication skills in English, and willingness to work on-site throughout the project. The position is temporary, based in Lochem, Netherlands, with a start date of 23 July 2026 and valid through 3 October 2026.
