Omschrijving
We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Manager to oversee the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of our enterprise resource planning systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects, preferably NetSuite, though experience with other ERP platforms will also be considered. Key responsibilities include leading the administration, configuration, and optimization of the company's ERP system; managing ERP implementation projects including requirements gathering, system design, testing, data migration, and go-live support; partnering with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align ERP functionality with business needs; overseeing user management, role permissions, workflows, reporting, and dashboards; providing technical expertise and support for ERP integrations with third-party applications; training and supporting end users to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of ERP capabilities; and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency. Qualifications include proven experience with NetSuite or other ERP implementations and administration, a strong understanding of financial, supply chain, and operational processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report), excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
