ESG HR&O Senior Program Manager

In this role you will be driving all ESG activities across HR as a single point of contact. You are by nature a networker and likes to connect elements and businesses together. We are looking for an ESG HR&O Senior Program Manager who will be the connecting factor between HR and the ESG team. You bring all kinds of topics together within HR and will put your project management skills to good use.

Role and responsibilities: In the constantly evolving ESG world and vast and diverse stakeholder field, overall coordination on the HR&O assigned ESG ambitions and progress needs structurally a dedicated function. In this role you will monitor progress on people related ESG activities executed by others. You will be initiating projects to further progress towards ASML’s sustainability ambitions (e.g. disability registration). As a first point of contact for Investor Relations, you will be the one providing data on benchmarks and formal reporting.

Wat breng jij: Education and experience: Bachelor or Master’s degree a related field or comparable; At least 15+ years overall experience working in corporate environment; 10+ years’ experience in program management, preferably related to HR; Experience with senior stakeholder management; Knowledge on ESG, preference with experience on driving ESG projects within HR.

Skills: Knowledge about HR processes and systems; ESG related knowledge and experience, specifically in the HR domain; Project and program management; Results orientation.
