A major Belgian bank in Brussels needs an Expert Credit Domain Architect: an enterprise architect for the credits domain. You keep the information architecture and IT-asset map current, turn business strategy into architecture change, and design solutions that move the landscape toward the target state.
Responsibilities: define and maintain enterprise information architecture for credits and design architecture for IT projects; keep the as-is and to-be map of IT assets current; translate business strategy into architecture change and advise on new technologies; design solutions that hit project milestones while moving toward the target architecture and respecting infrastructure and security constraints; follow implementation, report deviations, and feed the reference architecture; certify solution architectures that impact the domain and keep group standards.
Business experience: credits domain (more than 5 years in credits and/or architecture, mandatory); general knowledge of financial services (mandatory).
Functional experience: enterprise information architecture and IT-asset cartography (as-is and to-be) expert 5+ years (mandatory); homologation of solution architectures that impact the domain (mandatory).
Technical experience: hands-on architecture in the credits domain (mandatory); cloud technology and cloud-package integration (preferable); API architecture (preferable); data architecture (preferable).
Language requirements: Dutch, French & English, all good in speaking, reading and writing, all mandatory.
Soft skills: team player who can promote change; quick self-starter with a proactive attitude; clear communication and influencing; analytical with strong synthesis; autonomous, committed and persevering; comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Education: Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience; architecture certification (project-management certification a plus).
