Eisen

Omschrijving
Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is looking for a seasoned specialist to lead their financial controlling application landscape. This role focuses on delivering high-level support, managing complex change requests, and guiding the transition toward modern enterprise resource planning solutions. Responsibilities include delivering first and second-line support for financial and controlling application modules, managing change requests by performing business requirement analysis and leading fit-gap exercises, converting business requirements into detailed functional designs and technical specifications, configuring system settings for various controlling processes including planning, overhead management, and product costing, leading unit and integration testing phases independently while collaborating with diverse stakeholders, supporting the transition and realization phases of large-scale system modernization projects, and mentoring junior team members while acting as a central point of contact for business stakeholders. Requirements include 15+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP CO (planning, CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA), proven experience with SAP integrations for e-Drive, Hastus, Robin, and Erex, extensive experience in performing blueprint, fit-gap, and requirements analysis, a strong track record of writing functional and technical specifications for SAP solutions, practical experience with SAP integration across other modules such as PM, PP, and SD, the ability to debug programming code within a SAP environment, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and native proficiency in Dutch or French (C2) with fluent professional proficiency in the other language (C1) and fluent professional proficiency in English (C1). Nice to haves include direct participation in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and experience across multiple industries and diverse organizational structures. The offer includes a start date of 05/10/2026, a project duration until 30/09/2028, full-time work regime, location in Brussels, hybrid working model with onsite mandatory on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and a contract open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
