Expert Service Transition Specialist – ITIL & SIAM

Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is looking for a specialist to manage the transition from project environments to operational run organizations. This role focuses on ensuring operational readiness and the seamless handover of releases and services while maintaining high quality and governance standards.

Responsibilities: Structure and guide the handover of changes, releases, and new service initiatives to the operational run organization. Monitor the availability, completeness, and usability of all essential run deliverables and documentation. Coordinate with project managers, service owners, and stakeholders to ensure readiness and smooth knowledge transfer. Support go/no-go decision-making processes from an operational perspective during production entries.

Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps within the transition process to maintain service continuity. Contribute to a uniform handover approach within a hybrid Service Integrator framework. Ensure clear operational embedding of all transition agreements and service delivery processes.

Requirements: You have 8+ years of expertise in Service Transition and Handover to Run processes. You bring 8+ years of experience in operational readiness and process and documentation assurance. You possess 3+ years of experience working within SIAM and ITSM frameworks. You have 3+ years of experience in governance and risk identification specifically for production environments. You're experienced in stakeholder management, facilitating alignment between project, change, and run teams.

You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English with active knowledge of all three languages.

Nice to Haves: Strong background in IT Support Management. A structured and pragmatic approach to service delivery.
