Expert Tech Lead – Python & React. Our client, a major organization in the public safety sector, is looking for an experienced professional to lead the development of specialized software applications. The role involves guiding a technical team through complex architectural challenges while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities: Lead the technical direction and coordination of a specialized development team. Design complex systems with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Build and maintain robust backend services using Python and Django. Develop modern frontend interfaces using React. Establish coding standards and perform code reviews to ensure technical excellence. Translate business requirements into technical implementations in an Agile environment.
Manage deployments and automation using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and system design. 8+ years of experience in backend development using Python and Django. 8+ years of experience in frontend development with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 8+ years of experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and CI/CD processes. 8+ years of experience in data-driven application development with SQL and pandas.
