Eisen
- Experience working in a regulated production or laboratory environment (GMP)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical utility systems (e.g., HPW, pure steam, HVAC, gas systems)
- Strong analytical, structured, and improvement-oriented working style, with attention to safety and documentation
- Understanding of relevant standards and practices within maintenance/engineering (e.g., GMP, VCA, RCM, CE, NEN3140)
- Experience as a Maintenance Engineer (level dependent on seniority)

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Installation Technology, or Process Engineering
Omschrijving
Our client is a large, highly regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment where technical reliability and compliance are critical. The engineering and maintenance organisation supports complex utility and building systems and works closely with stakeholders across the site to ensure safe, uninterrupted operations. We are looking for a Facilities and Utilities Engineer to take ownership of asset strategy and contribute to the introduction and modification of utility/building assets.
The role supports maintenance excellence through reliability methods, compliance investigations, and continuous improvement, acting as a subject matter expert within Asset Maintenance Management.
Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining asset strategies and associated processes; driving continuous improvement proposals; supporting strategic asset planning; contributing to the introduction of new assets and major modifications; providing support on complex maintenance problems; conducting compliance investigations; participating in RCM sessions; reviewing supplier maintenance plans; creating and optimising technical documentation; defining and monitoring performance indicators; supporting and supervising internal audits; and participating in an on-call service rotation (24/7).
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Installation Technology, or Process Engineering; experience as a Maintenance Engineer; knowledge of pharmaceutical utility systems (HPW, pure steam, HVAC, gas systems); experience in a regulated production or laboratory environment (GMP); understanding of relevant standards (GMP, VCA, RCM, CE, NEN3140); strong analytical, structured, and improvement-oriented working style.
