Finance Business Transformation Lead

For an international organization operating in a large-scale, project-driven environment, we are looking for a Business Process Transformation Consultant (m/f/x) in Remote. This opportunity sits within a major Finance Transformation and AI Enablement programme and offers the chance to play a key role in process redesign, standardization, automation, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. The consultant will be part of the Business Transformation Office and act as the link between Finance Operations, business subject matter experts, and technology teams.

Responsibilities include leading finance transformation and process redesign initiatives, conducting process discovery workshops and current-state assessments, designing future-state processes with documentation (TOMs, BRDs, SOPs, RACIs, user stories, process maps), translating business requirements into technical requirements, identifying automation, RPA, and AI opportunities, coordinating UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities, developing KPI reporting and dashboards, and working closely with Finance, Technology, PMO, and Change teams.

Profile requirements: strong experience in Finance Transformation and Process Improvement; solid knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Shared Services, and Accounting Operations; experience leading process redesign from current state through implementation; hands-on experience with TOMs, BRDs, SOPs, RACIs, process mapping, and user stories; strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills; experience with UAT, deployment, and change activities; knowledge of automation, AI, and digital transformation; ability to work across business and technology teams; strong communication and project management skills.

Nice to have: experience with AI-driven process improvement, RPA implementation, Lean/Six Sigma/Agile certifications, and a consulting or transformation background.

Offer: salary/rate not specified by the client, depending on experience and educational level, based on 40 hours; start date ASAP; duration 12 to 18 months; location Remote; a challenging assignment within an international transformation environment and a key role within a large-scale Finance Transformation and AI Enablement programme.
