Finance Controller Interim - Leiden

As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the financial reporting, control and compliance of the Dutch entities within an international payroll and mobility services group. You will lead month-end and year-end processes, drive financial improvements and act as a key business partner to both local management and Group Finance.

Profiel: Lead the monthly and annual financial closing processes. Prepare management reporting, forecasts and financial analyses. Manage statutory accounts, tax compliance and regulatory filings. Coordinate audit activities and Group reporting requirements. Monitor financial operations, including balance sheet reconciliations and VAT. Identify and implement process improvements and financial controls.

Aanbod: Minimum 3 years of experience in a broad financial controlling role. Strong understanding of month-end close, reporting and financial processes. Fluent in both Dutch and English. Accurate, analytical and detail-oriented. Proactive and comfortable working independently. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
