Over onze klant: Our client is an international organization operating within the Industrial Services sector. The company provides, maintains, and services specialized equipment through long-term lease and service contracts, supporting customers across a range of industrial industries. The Dutch business is currently experiencing a strong growth phase and forms part of a larger international group. With ambitious expansion plans and a focus on further professionalization, the organization offers a dynamic environment where finance plays a key role in supporting operational performance, reporting, and decision-making.

Functie: The role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings; producing monthly management reporting and financial analyses; managing forecasting and budgeting processes; supporting external audits; overseeing VAT and corporate income tax processes; performing straightforward consolidation activities; and ensuring compliance with Dutch GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements.

Profiel: The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; several years of experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Financial Controller; strong experience in financial reporting, month-end closings, budgeting, and forecasting; solid knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS; experience working within an international business environment; advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; a hands-on mentality and strong sense of ownership; and the ability to communicate effectively with both operational and senior international stakeholders.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
