Finance Manager a.i.

This is an interim role as Finance Manager a.i. for an international organization operating within the Industrial Services sector. The company provides, maintains, and services specialized equipment through long-term lease and service contracts, supporting customers across a range of industrial industries. The Dutch business is currently experiencing a strong growth phase and forms part of a larger international group. With ambitious expansion plans and a focus on further professionalization, the organization offers a dynamic environment where finance plays a key role in supporting operational performance, reporting, and decision-making.

The responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings; producing monthly management reporting and financial analyses; managing forecasting and budgeting processes; supporting external audits; overseeing VAT and corporate income tax processes; performing straightforward consolidation activities; and ensuring compliance with Dutch GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements. The successful applicant should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; several years of experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Financial Controller; strong experience in financial reporting, month-end closings, budgeting, and forecasting; solid knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS; experience working within an international business environment; advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; a hands-on mentality and strong sense of ownership; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred; and the ability to communicate effectively with both operational and senior international stakeholders.
