Omschrijving
A leading global consumer goods company specializing in Food, Home, and Personal Care products, with a presence in over 190 countries and a portfolio of more than 400 well-known brands, is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join the Benelux Finance team. In this role, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, contributing to the company's strategic performance management. The position involves collaborating across departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting, month-end closing activities, and project support. Responsibilities include supporting the Sales & Operations Planning, Forecasting, and Month-End processes, including co-owning forecasts and results reporting; assisting in preparing monthly financial reviews, including insights and commentary for management presentations; driving and supporting agile projects that add value to the finance function; collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing to identify risks and opportunities within the P&L; contributing to continuous operational improvements and efficiency initiatives; and supporting ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed. Requirements include a finance or related academic background or equivalent practical experience, proven experience in finance partnering especially in a consumer goods environment, strong analytical skills, experience in financial forecasting, P&L management, and process support, excellent communication skills in English, ability to work effectively with various stakeholders including senior management, flexibility and resilience, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.
