Omschrijving
Financial Business Partner – Belfeld. For our client, an international organization within the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Financial Business Partner. You will work from the production site in Belfeld, closely collaborating with the Plant Management Team and the central Operations Control team. The organization is continuously focused on improving processes, efficiency, and financial performance. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to international projects, including ERP implementations and the further standardization of operational processes. As a Financial Business Partner, you will act as the financial sparring partner for the Plant Management Team in Belfeld and Venlo. You will translate financial data into clear insights and concrete actions, helping the organization improve costs, efficiency, and overall performance. Responsibilities: act as a financial sparring partner for Plant Management in Belfeld and Venlo; analyze and improve operational KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, yield, and costs; monitor and optimize standard costs and margins; perform variance analyses, including volume, mix, price, and efficiency; support and challenge CapEx investments and business cases; actively contribute to ERP implementations and IT transformation projects; promote process improvement and standardization within Operations; participate in group-wide improvement initiatives; translate financial insights into concrete recommendations and actions. Requirements: experience as a Financial Business Partner, Controller, Plant Controller, or in a similar financial role; SAP experience is required; strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to translate financial data into practical business insights; experience within a manufacturing or operations environment is a strong advantage; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; structured, proactive, and able to maintain a clear overview; immediately available; available for 24–40 hours per week; willing and able to work on-site in Belfeld.
