Profiel van de geschikte interim professional: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a comparable discipline; ACCA, CPA or a similar professional qualification is an advantage; at least 8 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, statutory reporting or audit; background working within a multinational organisation spanning several legal entities and jurisdictions; a strong preference for candidates with Big 4 experience; solid knowledge of financial statement preparation, reporting controls and corporate tax compliance; solid analytical abilities combined with advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP GL and reporting through Hyperion/HFM.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden: As Interim Holding Controller you manage financial and statutory reporting for a portfolio of HQ legal entities based in Malta and Cyprus. Ensure timely and accurate US GAAP reporting in SAP and HFM, including documentation of FX gains/losses and intercompany cross-charges; prepare interim and annual statutory financial statements and coordinate statutory audits with external auditors; prepare annual tax packages and country-by-country reports, and coordinate local tax and legal compliance with external advisors; maintain oversight of intercompany transaction records, loan schedules, agreements and invoices together with Treasury, Tax and Legal; identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate reporting and compliance processes, and support ad hoc finance, tax, treasury or legal entity projects.
