Floor Manager Customer Datacenters

LINKIT is looking for a Floor Manager Customer Datacenters to oversee maintenance activities and physical changes within technical ICT environments. You will ensure that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs). You will coordinate third-party activities, manage physical infrastructure assets and contribute to the quality and continuity of the customer's data center and network infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities: Coordination of activities: Direct and coordinate planned activities performed by third parties within technical ICT rooms.

Change management: Assess and approve changes involving physical work at customer locations.

Asset management: Ensure that all physical infrastructure assets are accurately and completely registered in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Stock management: Maintain sufficient stock of data center infrastructure materials and housing components to support incident resolution within agreed SLAs and the timely execution of planned changes.

Quality management: Monitor and continuously improve the quality, reliability and condition of technical ICT rooms.

Access management: Process and maintain access authorizations for ICT areas using the customer's access pass system.

Department: You will join the Network Infrastructure & Housing team, which is responsible for delivering connectivity solutions and maintaining the customer's network and telecommunications infrastructure. The team's fiber-optic infrastructure connects more than 1,400 customer locations. Together with the data centers, it forms the foundation for connectivity and future developments within the railway environment.

Requirements: Essential Requirements: Completed MBO-level education or equivalent. Demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of projects involving ICT data centers and network infrastructure. Knowledge of physical data center infrastructure, including cabling systems, power supply and cooling systems. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and process-oriented working methods. General knowledge of active network infrastructure.

Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications: Relevant data center certification, such as CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional) or equivalent.

You are structured, independent and results-oriented, with a strong focus on infrastructure quality, service continuity and compliance with established procedures.

Working hours: 36 hours per week (90% FTE).
