Omschrijving
Provides general assistance in the upkeep of all Office units and facilities in Doha location. Acts as Facility Services focal point to ensure the efficient delivery of office services to all departments in Doha. Assists the Sr. Facility Services Supervisor in the administration of contracts for Cleaning Services, Office waiter and Laundry Services to all offices and buildings. Supervises the contractor personnel activities of all services contracts (Office waiter, Office cleaning, Laundry services) and ensures compliance with contract terms. Processes SAP Purchase Requisitions, raises Release Orders and Service Entry Sheets, verifies invoices, prepares technical evaluation reports, arranges office furniture delivery and installation, manages commissary requests, conducts safety and hygiene inspections, liaises with civil maintenance, assists in annual budget preparation, participates in tender documentation, and provides monthly statistics. The role requires completion of secondary school education with a diploma in computer programs, literacy in MS Windows, Excel and MS Word, minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity in a large organization, a valid Qatari Driving License, knowledge of safety, hygiene and security, and lifting/loading techniques. The work schedule is 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with a duration of 2 years and possible extension.
