Formulation Operator

This role involves preparing and formulating vaccines and pharmaceutical products used worldwide for animal health, working in a modern GMP production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are central. As a Formulation Operator, you are responsible for producing high-quality vaccines and pharmaceutical products, working with advanced equipment, raw materials, and mixing tanks of up to 5,000 liters, ensuring every batch is produced according to the highest quality standards.

You will be part of a close-knit team of approximately 20 colleagues.

Responsibilities include: preparing and formulating vaccines and pharmaceutical products; working with fixed and mobile mixing and brewing tanks up to 5,000 liters; preparing, inspecting, and releasing raw materials, filters, and materials; performing CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) processes on equipment and installations; recording process steps and checks according to GMP and GDP guidelines; identifying and resolving deviations and process disruptions; collaborating with colleagues from production, quality, planning, and technical support; and contributing to improvement projects and optimizations within the department.

We expect you to have an affinity for technology, processes, and quality, and to work accurately, take responsibility, and enjoy achieving results with colleagues. You possess a completed mbo-3, mbo-4, or hbo education (e.g., MLO, MTS, VAPRO or similar), interest in technology, process technology, or pharmaceutical production, a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, good communication skills, an eye for quality, safety, and detail, and availability of at least four days per week.

Experience within a GMP environment, the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, or process industry is a plus but not required.
