Freelance Accounting & Payroll Officer

Accounting & Payroll Officer | Dutch & French Required – North Brussels. I’m looking for an Accounting & Payroll Officer to join a company based North of Brussels. I’m looking for someone who can: book and process purchase invoices; prepare VAT returns and monthly income statements; manage credit insurance administration; prepare debtor management and payment orders in Isabel; ensure correct time registration and payroll administration with the social secretariat; follow up on personnel files; act as the point of contact for temporary employment agencies; support a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations; combine accounting expertise with HR and payroll responsibilities; work independently and take ownership of key processes.

Experience with SAP or Isabel is a plus.

Location: North Brussels, Belgium. Hybrid working. Freelance/Ad Interim – Long-term Contract.
