Eisen

  • Experience on projects involving technical infrastructure, workplace environments or training facilities
  • Bachelor's degree

Volledige omschrijving

This is a part-time opportunity, 2 days a week. In this role, you support the Head of Projects & Transformation in the operational delivery of an academy transformation programme and its transition phase. Your focus is on coordinating thematic workstreams, aligning stakeholders, analysing and formalising business needs, preparing decision-making material, monitoring actions and risks, and supporting change management activities linked to the future academy.

You help translate identified needs into concrete workstreams and support their implementation.

Indicative workload distribution: 40% management and coordination of programme workstreams, 30% stakeholder coordination and project governance, 30% business analysis, communication and change management. Main responsibilities include workstream management (identify and structure workstreams, define objectives, scope, deliverables, prepare roadmaps, organise working groups, follow up progress, identify risks, assess needs, prepare analyses, consolidate input, ensure reporting), stakeholder coordination and project governance (identify and engage stakeholders, prepare and facilitate meetings, coordinate interactions, prepare governance and steering meetings, follow up decisions, produce minutes and summaries), business analysis (gather requirements, formalise business requirements, carry out functional analyses, map current and future uses, perform occupancy and space utilisation analyses, prepare decision papers), and communication and change management (prepare communication materials, support communication, identify adoption risks, consolidate feedback, contribute to change management).

Expected deliverables include workstream scoping documents, roadmaps, action plans, user analysis documents, business requirements, meeting minutes, governance materials, space occupancy analyses, communication materials, progress reports, and decision-support summaries.

Your profile: you have 5 to 6 years of professional experience, proven experience in business analysis, project coordination, facilitating working groups, change projects, projects involving technical infrastructure or training facilities, you can manage stakeholders, synthesise information, have strong listening skills, integrate quickly, advanced Microsoft Office, bachelor's degree, fluent in French and Dutch, and demonstrable experience in the relevant domain is required.

This position is offered as a part-time freelance role (40%).
