This role will manage large, cross-functional projects that advance divisional product priorities and strengthen execution across LR businesses.

Key responsibilities include: executing ongoing Legal & Regulatory divisional product initiatives, maintaining action plans, tracking progress, following up with Legal and Regulatory business units, and escalating obstacles; executing, together with the Core Team, the adoption of the Agentic Product Development Lifecycle by updating playbooks and guidance, managing score cards coordinating workshops and office hours, and sharing practical AI workflows; supporting the customer co-design programme with product and UX colleagues, tracking business-unit participation, customer engagement, and alignment with development activities; maintaining the Product Foundation inventory and coordinating product, digital asset, project, and financial mappings to support portfolio and investment visibility; organizing product community meetings, Monthly Innovation Calls, and conferences, coordinating speakers, agendas, presentations, communications, and follow-up; supporting large divisional projects by building and aligning on project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, risks, decisions, and deliverables across Product teams and partner functions, including the transformation toward fully agentic Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and the establishment of new products portfolios in LR’s growth priorities areas; facilitating collaboration by bringing together stakeholders from different businesses and functions, preparing meetings and workshops for best practice sharing, documenting outcomes, and driving agreed follow-up actions; using project-management tools effectively, configuring and maintaining tools such as Asana to provide transparency on roadmaps and dependencies; monitoring delivery by tracking progress against agreed scope and timelines, identifying execution gaps, and working with owners to resolve blockers; supporting leadership reporting by synthesizing project and analysis updates into concise, decision-oriented materials for divisional Product leadership and other stakeholders; and improving ways of working by helping develop reusable templates, lightweight standards, and coordination practices that improve consistency and efficiency across LR Product teams.
Qualifications require at least a bachelor’s degree in business, product management, project management, operations, or a related field; being self-starting and able to run programs independently; 3+ years of experience in Program management, project coordination, product operations, business operations, or a comparable role; comfort using project-management tools such as Asana (experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration and reporting tools is desirable); strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; excellent written and spoken English (additional European-language capability is beneficial); and willingness to collaborate across locations and travel occasionally as business needs require.
Wolters Kluwer offers the opportunity to work for a global leader in professional information, software, and services, with a strong purpose, an inclusive and collaborative culture, and access to learning and career-development opportunities in an international environment. In this role, you will gain broad exposure to Product teams and senior stakeholders across the LR businesses, contribute to high-impact divisional initiatives such as agentic Product Development Lifecycles and global roadmap visibility, and build hands-on experience in project and program coordination at scale.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the local market, flexible ways of working, and the opportunity to make a visible contribution to how LR develops and delivers products globally.
