Full Stack Developer – Angular & .NET

Our client, a major organization in the utility sector, is looking for a developer to join their digital applications team. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and expanding web applications for customer portals within an Agile framework. The responsibilities include translating functional analyses and business requirements into technical designs and solutions; developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while ensuring high code quality and performance; resolving incidents and technical issues within agreed service levels through sustainable solutions; executing unit tests and supporting integration, system, and acceptance testing; participating actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver customer value; and applying change and release management processes to maintain stability in production environments.

The required qualifications are at least 3 years of experience in backend development with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET; 3 years of experience in frontend development with Angular (version 2 or higher); 3 years of experience in web development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; 3 years of experience in data and integration using Entity Framework; experience with cloud platforms such as Azure; experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps; knowledge of relational databases such as SQL or Oracle; familiarity with testing and quality through unit testing and Agile methodologies; a proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills; and fluency in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice-to-haves include 3+ years of experience with MVC (version 3 or more recent), 3+ years with WCF, SOAP, and REST APIs, 2+ years with .NET 6 or higher, experience with Azure API Management, App Services, Service Fabric, or Azure AD B2C, and knowledge of ITIL processes and tools like Jira and Confluence. The offer includes a start date of 10/11/2026, a duration of 440 days, full-time work regime, location Melle, hybrid working model, and a contract open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
