Omschrijving

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Java / Angular Developer to join a large-scale business transformation program. You will join an established development department and contribute to the takeover, maintenance, refactoring and greenfield development of business-critical applications. As a Senior Developer, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and development to testing and deployment, while collaborating closely with Tech Leads, Software Architects and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain business applications using Java and Angular. Develop application components, REST and SOAP Web Services. Contribute to the design of architecture components and technical building blocks. Take over, analyze, refactor and modernize existing applications. Participate in greenfield/from-scratch development of new applications. Contribute to testing, technical documentation, deployment and reporting. Participate in technical workshops, Agile/Scrum ceremonies and meetings with users when required.

Support and mentor more junior developers when needed. Ensure code quality and contribute to continuous improvement and CI practices.

Required Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of professional Java development experience, ideally in a Full-Stack environment. Strong experience with Java and Angular. Experience working in complex environments involving multiple system integrations. Experience with both existing/legacy applications and greenfield development. Ability to quickly understand an existing codebase and work autonomously. Strong understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Technical Environment: Java, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Batch, JPA/Hibernate, Angular, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SOAP, RESTful Web Services, SOA, Microservices, CQRS, JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, Selenium, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Git/SVN, Sonar, JBoss, Tomcat, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum, TDD and Continuous Integration. Knowledge of Talend, ZK, Oracle or Kafka is considered a plus.
