Full Stack Developer – Java & JavaScript

Our client, a federal agency dedicated to social reception and integration services, is seeking a developer to support the creation of internal applications. The role focuses on technical analysis, software component development, and the maintenance of essential systems in collaboration with infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities: contribute to the development of internal applications; perform technical analysis with business and functional analysts; develop software components in a collaborative team; manage deployment, maintenance, and support of software applications; collaborate with infrastructure engineers; improve existing applications based on technical, regulatory, or administrative changes; analyze and resolve bugs while ensuring a user-friendly interface.

Requirements: 5+ years development experience with Java and Spring Boot; 5+ years with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js; 3+ years with PostgreSQL and REST APIs; 3+ years within Agile and Scrum; 1+ years with Docker and Kubernetes; experience deploying applications in Azure cloud environments; active knowledge of French, Dutch, and English.

Nice to haves: experience within the federal public sector; experience as technical lead; knowledge of Linux and Windows; experience with OpenShift.

Offer: start date 01/12/2026, duration 12 months, full-time, hybrid in Brussels, contract open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
